Sista WODen tillsammans körde vi en team-WOD. Saturday fun! Vi hade en time-cap på 25 minuter som alla klarade utan problem.

In teams of two for time (share anyhow – one work, one rest): 

Cash in: 200 m run (run together)

100 deadlift (60/40kg)

100 pullups (scale: jumping pullups) 

100 squat cleans (50/35kg)

100 toes 2 bar (scale: knee raisers or V-ups)

100 push press (30/20kg)

100 handstand pushups (scale: push ups)

cash out: 200 m run
